Before we create your customized program to achieve your goal, the following process will occur:
1) Assess. A 6–10 minute brain-timing scan (soft cap + headphones) to see how quickly you notice, focus, switch, and make sense of simple cues—plus quick checks like heart–breath settling, tiny stress-sweat spikes (GSR), finger temperature, and reaction speed/accuracy. Objective data, not forms.
2) Plan. We co-design a simple protocol around your goals and schedule; in-studio, remote, or hybrid.
3) Train/Heal. Short, gentle sessions using pressure-wave calming, light-based support, breath/HRV pacing, VR/XR calm or focus scenes, and visual–reaction drills.
4) Measure. Recheck brain timing and physiology markers; review trendlines together and fine-tune the plan so progress sticks.
